About Whole30

Welcome!

My name is Amanda and I'm a Whole30 certified coach serving the NH seacoast communities. I'm a 30-something wife, boy mom, and once-upon-a-time poet. I'm passionate about helping others navigate the Whole30 program and find the healthiest version of themselves.

I've been where you are right now. You want to finally be healthy. You don't want food to control you anymore. You're bloated, inflamed, moody, achy, unable to lose weight, stuck in a rut with nowhere to turn.

Three years ago, I also found myself in my most unhealthy state. I couldn't lose the baby weight, dealt with debilitating migraines, and struggled with anxiety. I wasted too much energy stressing about the foods I ate or didn't eat, and this extra worry took joy away from my days with my young sons. I felt trapped with no way out of the unhealthy eating.

I craved change but didn't know how to start. That's when I found Whole30.

There is scarcely enough room on the internet to describe the ways Whole30 changed my life. My diet is cleaner, my life is happier, my faith is deeper, and my body is stronger.

My Coaching Style

Right now, you might be a little scared - what will life be like without your comfort foods? No wine after a long day at work, coffee without creamer, no pizza stop on a Friday night. It's overwhelming.

That's where I come in.

My Whole30 groups are a place of compassion, understanding, and positivity. I have three main expectations of all group members:

1. Give me 100% commitment - give yourself that - no excuses. No slip ups.

2. Growth Mindset - I expect my clients to challenge themselves and be open to how their lives might change through the Whole30 process.

3. Establish Non-Food Habits - The only way you will maintain healthy food habits after Whole30 is if you create non-food related rituals to comfort yourself where food used to be your crutch.

I am with you 100% of the time. I will guide you, motivate you, and never, ever let you fall if I can help it. That should be your expectation of me, and I guarantee I will meet or exceed it!

Are you ready to commit to Whole30 and change your life? I'll be with you every step of the way. Let's do this!
